Thoka Services (Pty) Ltd is a Johannesburg-based construction company delivering specialised construction activities, civil engineering works and building construction for public sector clients, main contractors, property owners and private developers.
Most of what we do is specialist trade work — the packages that decide whether a project finishes on programme: site preparation, concrete and structural work, plastering and screeding, waterproofing, roofing, painting and general finishing. Alongside that we take on civils packages and small-to-medium building works in our own right.
We are deliberately structured as a lean, owner-run business. The person who quotes your job is the person accountable for it on site. Where a contract needs more capacity, we scale up through a vetted network of trade teams and plant suppliers rather than carrying overheads you would end up paying for.

Site visit
We walk the site with you, take our own measurements and agree exactly what is in and out of scope.
STAGE 02
Written quote
A priced breakdown per item, with a programme, payment terms and any assumptions stated in writing.
STAGE 03
Set up & safety
Health and safety file, method statement, site establishment and materials on site before work starts.
STAGE 04
Build
Supervised daily, progress photos on request, and one contact number for anything that comes up.
STAGE 05
Snag & hand over
We walk the works with you, close the snag list, clean up and hand over with a completion certificate.
